My real name is Vladimir, my nickname is Phoenix, I know that isnt Lion but it looks like because it was design for that as well. Diferences between these characters (lion and wolf) are in happiness. You drawn it on the yellow-red backround (warm colours) which means Lion have more gold than wolf because he is the King.
Its my explanation and if you dont feel it like, dont have to confirm.
But anyway thanks for view. Very Nice.

The color hasn't any meaning in this illustration. The yellow is just the complementary color of the blue of the characters... Amano doesn't have anything of a lion, he's really a wolf...
